I don't know about their effects on dogs, but I once had a goat that ate them and it became really withdrawn and depressed, apparently the bush wasn't poisonous but contained a chemical that caused a sort of depression. The goat survived.
But was ill for a short time.

I am just one person and could not do everything. But I'm afraid the action was doomed from the start. No not all signatures were online. I went out and about.
