In one of the clubs in the fed there is a young lad named Joe Flood who is 14 and this is his first year in pigeons and already he is beating some of the best flyers in his club and he will be one to watch in the fed next year when he races his yearlings.

im youngest in the club im in and im 23  hopful my son start flying when hes 5 or 6 and hes 2 atm and likes the birds and im also trying to get my misses who is 19 to join in
Im A New Starter But Im Proud Of It :D

watch out for coalburn hs young team andrew suckle and gary steele both of these young fanciers are winning at club fed and national level and getting better every year and also d murray who started ybs this year has the pedigree to be good as well

martin hughes is a member of my club (smashing guy is martin and a gid flyer) im sure his dad and uncle help him out ,patrick macdonald has packed in with a big future ahead of him as well(also was in my club) ,their is two young boys in the cryston club(glasgow fed) young andrew flys as e.jones and g.son(hes the g.son for all the smart erses) ,then theres mark brady im sure hes in his early 20,s.the morris bros johnston are younger than me and in our club as well.im nearly 48 j.murdoch greenock hes around the same age as me ,so not all doom and gloom down our way .

why did patrick pack in he was doing really well was he not? I'm sure I saw him in the paper a couple of weeks back for something else young scot awards or something

In our club we have 2 young brothers , Steven and Sean Tierney. They are mad keen and have been knocking at the door the last couple of seasons, but first place had eluded them. They lost their novice status in style at the last young bird race from Newark. They were 1st and 2nd club. This won them YB average,Knockout trophy, YB league and 1st gold ring plus a few hundred quid. I think they also won Fed YB average. A day to remember for them.
